The Role

We run high-volume service calls across North Carolina. Our service technicians turn over warm, replacement-ready HVAC leads to our dedicated Comfort Advisors. Average ticket size is $14,200 with financing approval rates over 85%.

Requirements

Strong consultative in-home sales track record
Knowledge of heat pumps and inverter systems is a plus (we train)
