Privacy Policy

Candidate data: the information you put in your Performance Career Passport (name, contact details, work history, production metrics, preferences) and the applications you submit. If you sign in with Clerk, we also receive your account identifier and email from your authentication provider.

Employer data: company details, compensation plans you submit for verification, and hiring-team contact information.

Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) used for security and reliability. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

To run the marketplace: matching candidates to verified opportunities, transmitting applications to hiring teams, and operating job alerts you request.

To keep the estate trustworthy: verifying employers, computing transparency and match scores from verifiable attributes, and preventing fraud.

Legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract (delivering the marketplace), legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud), and consent (marketing emails, which are opt-in and one-click unsubscribe).

When you apply to a job, your Passport and application are shared with that employer — that is the point of applying, and it happens only on your action.

Infrastructure processors: Convex (database hosting), Clerk (authentication), our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to deliver the service, under contract.

We never sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We use authentication cookies (via Clerk) strictly to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your preferences (theme, demo-mode workspace) and offline sync queue. No third-party advertising trackers.

Access, correct, export, or delete your Passport data at any time from your profile, or by emailing privacy@fibersalesjobs.com. Deleting your account removes your Passport and applications. Job alerts can be deactivated with one click.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. EU/UK residents: you may exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) via the same email.

Passport and application data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, minus backups that expire on their normal cycle. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
