The Role

Lumina is scaling our Central Texas closer division. We provide 2 to 3 pre-qualified, credit-checked homeowner sit appointments per day booked by our internal SDR call center. Your only role is to conduct the in-home energy audit and execute the financing paperwork.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years in residential solar or home-improvement closing
Demonstrated 30%+ close rate on qualified sits
Clean professional presentation and strong consultative sales skills

Responsibilities

Conduct 2-3 in-person homeowner consultations daily
Run solar proposal software and calculate monthly utility savings
Execute loan agreements and site survey handoffs
